This speaker has a very interesting tone and is definitly in the \u00ab\u00a0British\u00a0\u00bb tone family of speakers. It has a low-end similar to a V30, has a little bit more mids (and it sounds a little bit more honky, as it has a small spike around 600-650 Hz) and has a slightly relaxed treble section, very smooth compared to a V30. Still, it is capable of a lot of clarity and supports very nicely heavily saturated tones.
